When: November 20, 2021 10:00 AM – Noon

Description: “Held in downtown Silver Spring, the exciting parade traditionally heralds the start of the holiday season.  The parade steps off from Ellsworth Drive and Fenton Street and proceeds south on Georgia Avenue, ending at Silver Spring Avenue.  Families in attendance are able to socially distance themselves, as the parade route continues for a mile.  All attendees are encouraged to wear masks to keep the community, our neighbors, and our young people safe.  There will be hand sanitization stations on Veterans Plaza and at all portable restrooms.”

Description: “Pack your chairs, grab food to go from one of the delicious dining establishments, and meet on the Plaza’s big screen for a *FREE* evening of fun for all ages!”

When: Nov. 19 thru Dec. 23 : 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. (closed Thanksgiving Day)
