Hello Anna-Lysa, I just caught your segment tonight at 11:00 about the Immigration March
around the Court House. We have also run into immigration difficulties when trying to hire
highly educated specialists for our business. I learned something from your report about
immigration that our Attorney overlooked. Nice Job.
Your reports are very impressive! WTTG, WRAL, WTOP are excellent stations.
Local history and heritage issues have been “Under Reported” here in Harrisonburg and the Valley. I hope you will pitch stories such as Zenda, Mary Rice, U.G. Williams, Lucy
Simms, and the close ties Harrisonburg has with the earliest days of the NAACP. I’m particularly interested in Mabel Memorial; however, much of that history will be plowed under this week. I sure wish you were here earlier to explore the African American heritage
of Mabel.
